1. Are there any KS ARB or TJM distributors that you know of? I'm checking with DPG (south of here) and didn't find anything on the 4x4 Land site in Topeka. What about KC? I would prefer to spend my money locally if possible.

2. What is "teq"? In my world it's "toxicity equivalents" but I couldn't find what it is through searching on mud. I assume it has something to do with toyota :o

3. Why are people in new full size trucks such bad drivers? Are they just really angry with their purchase, or oblivious? :flipoff2:

That is all for now. Thanks

1. I dunno, but you'll most likely get a better deal buying from Slee, etc..

2. https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=134823&highlight=TEQ

3. Because the laws of driving do not apply to them, the lines on the road and road signs are merely suggestions to them :D

1. No idea, just moved here myself so I can't help you.

2. The Japanese spelling of Toyota. On fj40s & fj55s you will see the teq label all over - window glass, most engine components, etc. Don't know if it's used much on later models. Now primarily used to differentiate Toyota-heads from the unwashed masses. Consider yourself washed.

3. They are the same people who used to be bad drivers in sedans and station wagons. Now that trucks have become more mainstream, the idiots have upgraded to vehicles that require more attention/skill to drive, making their bad driving habits even more obvious.

edit - beat me to it.

I think Molle Toyota is still an ARB distributor.

1. I believe Molle Toyota in KC is an ARB dealer. Call parts at 816-942-5200.

2. Check FAQ on IH8MUD - it is explained somewhere.

3. If you'd just get out of my way, we wouldn't be having this disagreement. (Does a Tundra count?)

More mindless thoughts - did you know a clearly marked Toyota key will get you $5 off admission at the gate at Worlds of Fun?

I tried the key thing last summer...only I had my SPARE key that was shaped like my others...DENIED i was. Apparently the 16 yr old ticket girl was not schooled in the standard automotive key shapes 101...grrr.<hijack off>

Yeah, Bob or Tim are the guys. Mention the stapler for a laugh.

Poser does ARB stuff, not sure on pricing or how much good dropping my name would be but he's good people.
LCR4WD

Jt's Parts is who I got my 4.88s from, a pretty good deal and I believe they do ARB as well. Mention MUD and I think they offer a discount.

Marlin has been good to deal with on the few occasions I've purchased from them.

There is always TG :ban:   :ban:

Expertoffroad And 4x4Land in topeka are both ARB dists. They gave away tshirts and some gift certifacates for flat nasty last year. Maybe someones got one tucked away they arent going to use. I know someone from out of town was trying to sell theirs after FN.

Chux Trux in Shawnee Mission is an authorized ARB dealer as well. The bad fs drivers are a mutation of soccer wagon moms & rap metal dad's cross-breeding into clueless... But it just can be they have no clue...

I knew a rap metal dad, and he did drive like a moron. So I guess your assessment rings true :D

Except he drove a bombed out Jimmy.
