I did a search here on the forums and I see a lot of info on rear door table installs, but no one with the Ohana Rig Supply table. I like that I could easily remove it if I put something in the back and it gets in the way (looks like it sticks out from the door panel about an inch). Does anyone have any experience with these tables? Or have one that they didn't like and want to sell?

No experience with the ORS table but I do have a Victory 4x4 table on my 06. The inch worth of protrusion from the back door isn't really a factor and shouldn't warrant removal for anything really.
I know this is an old thread but I just got an ORS table and installed in last night. Installing the two pins that the molle portion locks onto are kind of a pain, but it's quick to just pull the table off in the space is needed.
