Offset hawse for Cruise Moab

Should be getting a synthetic winch rope in the mail today. I've found a few sources for aluminum hawse fairleads with offset mount-holes (needed on the old-style Slee front) that will ship, but I thought it might be cool if I could get one in time for Cruise Moab.

Is there anyone out there who can get such a hawse locally AND they're going to Cruise Moab?

On Slee's older bumper the slot is offset above the bolt holes by about 3/4 of an inch.

couldn't you just make one like junk did in this thread?
that way you can drill the holes to line up with whatever you have
