I like the idea of trying the New River (Road?) trail and talked to a guy I work with who said it should be pretty doable, but may have become more washed out in recent years. I can't for the next couple of weeks but was thinking maybe April 11th if that works for anyone else. I also plan on being at the meeting tomorrow.
Ps: The New River Trail appears to be trail #41 in the Charlie Wells 4 Wheel Drive Trail guide if anyone else still uses it.
