Anybody know a good shop for body work...for the cruiser that is. My 60 needs some serious rust repair underneath and it's probably past my skill set and tool box. Any feedback will help tremendously.

Where are you located?

Best and cheapest often don't go together.

I spend my money on vendors I've gotten to know, seeing them at events, supporting the community more than just selling stuff. I view their sites to see when a deal is offered and take advantage when I can, Metaltech and Toyota of Dallas (trdparts4u.com), both offer deals but Metaltech does offer a standing deal...

Keep an eye in 4Wheel Parts, they run coupons fairly often and since they have a location in Raleigh, you can order and pick up in store. I got the ARBs for my Taco and Troopie at pricing as good as the vendors that give us a preak, but saved $$$$$ on shipping the big stuff. You just have to poke around and see what they can get: meh:

Makes sense. I like it

I agree with Jerry (MTBCOACH) on this, although I am not a fan of MT. There are plenty of places to get things "cheap"". The question is, will they be there in a pinch and do they have people that actually know what they are doing, or will tell you when they don't.

So maybe you find the parts "cheap". Will the guy that sells you those cheap parts spend time on the phone with you when you run into a snag installing those parts?

Quality, fast and cheap, pick any two.

Be careful from 4 wheelparts. Just had a customer get some stuff from there and some was not correct. Not a good place to find out on the lift.

Maybe cheap was used out of context. Just really wondered if there was a go to place for these types of products. I agree that service after purchase has its value that is often under appreciated.

Yeah, you have to do your research and make sure you are getting them to order the correct application
