Whip a Hummer you say? Hmm, I have video of me whipping a hummer on a snowy hill climb in a stock Mitsubishi Montero with the infamous Cooper Discoverer S/Ts. Wasn't even close and the snow was about mid door depth. It was a military version and they challenged our group. They were so embarassed, they left the group without another word.
Having said that, I've driven both the older mechanical system and the newer electronic TTS system Hummers on the factory obstacle course and found them impressive in the rough stuff.
