I know that vehicle designers spec tires to fit the design criteria that they want for the vehicle. My LX came with Michelin Pilot LTX M&S tires 275/60/18's which are not light truck tires. Just wondering what newer tires Toyota/Lexus puts on new LC/LX vehicles that are headed for OZ, Africa, etc. I know that owners change to larger tires and LT rated tires which changes the ride/handling of their LC/LX. I've never heard of anyone having problems with these changes but it seems like Toyota/Lexus would provide options from the factory when it came to a obvious off road capable vehicle like the LC/LX?
