Just got a 2018 and had the OEM spacers installed at the dealership. Stock and right off the lot, it had the yota lean. With the spacers installed, it still has it, only sitting higher up. My dealership is pretty clueless. Question.....have any of you only installed the spacer on the front driver's side instead of as pair on the front? Is it advisable to do this?

it sounds like you have a KDSS induced lean. there are a couple threads on various ways to remedy the situation.
