Before steaming, which I only did for the picture, you can see that the old cushion on the left was compressed

After steaming the cushion, you can see the wrinkles in the side that is shown is reduced, and height is restored to the cushion.

Final product. I have not really steamed or beaten the leather yet but it feels soft again. I’ll hit the top with some leatherique and throw it in before work in the morning.

Today was the first ride

Very comfy and soft and the feel is amazing.
