OEM Fridge Box?

I was searching on Ebay for just random parts for my 91 FJ80 and ran across this and I have never seen it before. Ok tracking now I saw that thread a couple of days ago but didn't have as much info but that helps out alot I think I will pass on this I like the storage space my regular console provides.

The JDM's had these as an option. Mine does. They're sweet.

This one is for a RHD, might be an issue installing into a LHD.

Has anyone ever installed one of these? How many different A/C lines are needed to connect this with the A/C system?

From what I understand they can be installed but are a PITA due having to run the lines. It should fit in a LHD just like my JDM but the cupholder would be on the passenger side (although the cupholder is better for someone sitting in the center rear seat (middle row if have a 3rd row).
