what happened to it being the 2nd tues of the month?
I cannot do the 21st.

it's been the 3rd tues since forever.

i think that's a PITA to figure out each month, but if we wanna change it we should wait till we have a quorum.

if pj's not coming, do we still want beltramo's? kinda out of the way for most.

i'll offer my house. i have lotsa wood for a fire. LMK.

since youre gonna perseverate on this for the next 5 years, have it whatever fxxxing day you want. i just wish youd explain to me how 3rd tuesday is harder to work out than 2nd wednesday. is it a fractional thing? can you only work in even numbers? did you get ass raped on a tuesday? what? you look at a fxxxing calendar, and low and behold, they are set up in columns. you go to the tuesday column, as opposed to the wednesday column, count down 3, and voila! you read the number!

That was entirely uncalled for... ESPECIALLY from the one among us who most frequently can't keep track of when the meetings are.

I don't care what day it's on. It has been fixed at the 3rd Tuesday for a long time. I was responding to continued questioning of the 3rd Tuesday rule.

As the person who (90+ % of the time) orchestrates and attends the meetings, I can tell you that it IS difficult for many members to keep track of. A day that fits members' schedules and is readily apparent (without a calendar at all) is clearly most desireable since it encourages greater attendance.

We're all busy people; if there's something that works better for everyone OR a majority: that's what we'll do. My goal is to make the club as inclusive as possible. Hell: we even tolerate you. :flipoff2:

I've done a lot for this club. What have YOU done for the club... ever? (Trolling when you're bored or pissed doesn't count.)

If you can better lead the group AND are willing do the work on an ongoing basis: then step up & DO IT. If not, your bull**** isn't helping anyone and is not welcome.
 
Can't we all just get along? I don't care what day or where we have it. Scott, you may need to up your meds or something. Let's have it at Ed's house on the 21st @ 7:00 pm. No guns.

PS - I can't make the third Tuesday next month. :frown:
 
I'm up for anytime but, archery is in, and by then fall turkey and small game is also in. So Sundays might be the only day from now until February.
 
jesus ed, im just tired of fxxxing hearing about it. im tired of the idiotic reason that the third tuesday is harder to find than the second wednesday. its gotten trite. it isnt worth listening to every month. doing stuff for the club doesnt buy you the right to harp on me about a day i requested, and was agreed to. its just a different day than what you want... so do me a favor and move it to a day that suits you.
