Obligatory Questions for a Potential Buy (09 LX)

Hey all,

found an 09 LX that I’m looking to have my local dealer swap for. It has an absurdly low 65k miles on her. Having to get it sent locally because it’s in Illinois and I’m in Memphis so I can’t go check it out for myself. Before I do this are there any issues I should know about relating to the integrity of this era of vehicles? My family is growing and need to get a larger mode of transportation. For me, I’m worried about the fancy air suspension and would like to avoid inheriting a money pit. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

First off - it's not air suspension, it's hydraulic. I would be more concerned about a) service records including at least one AHC fluid flush b) condition of radiator c) starter d) waterpump in that order. At 65K miles you should be fine.

you need to obtain photos of the undercarriage. check for rust.
