I have a 1989 4runner with a 22re. It runs like it has no power, and bogs down on me. I think it's running rich. I found a random wire loose in my hood compartment, and thik that it might be the O2 sensor wire, where is the O2 sensor plug so I can just go and buy a universal kit and plug that in?

the o2 is behind the cat.

the wires that go to it come from out of the passenger side of the fire wall, and follow the majority of the wires that go into the plenum, and the branch out from under it along with the knock sensor, reverse switch and 4x4 switch plugs. it goes along the passenger side of the trans, and then up and over the trans to the sensor. it has a heat resistant shield, at the end, and is a square gray connector with 4 wires

mine is before the cat and goes into the cab and follows along a harness on the floor. That's where I loose it, and there is a loose plug on the drivers side in the hood compartment.[
