nubie pig owner tuff new v8 install question

Howdy Pig Farmers!
I am installing a sbc to sm465 to tlc-t-case and am ready to install it.
What are the approx. motor mount measurements? I know the shifter will be very close to the heater, any input there? and any other info will be greatly received. This is in a 71.

Boy you opened up another V-8 can. Check some of my V-8 threads of late. I'm in the same process but I'm not using the same transmission as you so I don't know about it's size.
