Mark your calendars—the annual TAC meeting is on Saturday, April 4th and will be held at Shawnee Mission Park, Shelter #1. The entrance to the park located at 79th & Renner will be closest to the shelter.
Schedule:
Arrival: Anytime 11:00 a.m. or after
Registration: 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Lunch Served: 11:30 a.m.
Meeting Begins: 12:30 p.m.
We’ll be serving lunch, dessert and water - Please feel free to bring your preferred beverage.
I will be updating our roster and collecting 2026 TAC dues ($20.00)—please bring confirmation of your TLCA dues payment in accordance with our bylaws. You can find the TLCA membership site here: Here
If you'd prefer to pay prior to the meeting or won't be able to join us, please feel free to pay via the website (link below) or use the handy QR code below (thanks, Max Younger!), or send funds via Venmo (@Amanda-Crowley-9) or Paypal (@AmandaCrowley37). The last 4 digits of the phone number is 6716.
If you're holding onto those paper checks, feel free to mail those to me at Tornado Alley Cruisers, c/o Amanda Crowley, at 1802 Curtis Drive, Greenwood, MO 64034.
If you were forced to fill out a new registration form and liability waiver last year, great news! I won't make you do that again. If you didn't get the pleasure of completing one, please be prepared. You're welcome to complete the attached form ahead of time as well (again, only if you didn't fill one out last year for me). If you don't remember what you did 12 months ago, send me a message and I'll check what's on file.
