Can I get help from admin dealing with a member and a purchase? I've paid the other member and haven't received what I bought from them. Now they wont respond to me at all. Please help.

Not gonna happen, admins/moderators do not get involved in sales like that.

You can post up in the Bad Sellers - Buyer Beware category, that is why it exists

Even though the seller admits in a conversation on mud that they haven't shipped?

You obviously paid via Paypal, simply dispute the payment.

I did pay with PayPal but made the mistake of using the send money option instead of getting an invoice and then paying. I also checked the bad sellers-buyers beware section before making the deal.
