I have had a 1986 Toy 4X4 with the 22r engine for about 3 weeks. Bought it from the original owner with 74K miles. Never had the issue I am having now that my son is driving every day. If cold or all warmed up it runs fine. If you have driven it, stopped for a short time and go to drive again ... won't start. It will turn over but seems to not be getting fuel. Let it sit and it will start with some finessing.
Occasionally, twice now, it has died a short distance from the house and wont restart until it is cool.
Noone in my area seems to work on carbs which I am assuming it is.
Any help?
