Noob with some questions

Hey guys, since this is my first post, let me introduce myself. My name is Bo, im from Tampa Fl, and well, this will be my first cruiser!! My father has had 2 and swears by them, says they are the best vehical ever made, and they are i feel, so solid.

Anyway, i have a question, the vehical that im going to be picking up prolly next weekend is a 2003 land cruiser, fully loaded, navi etc...color is savannah Gold with ivory leather. The company that is selling it is a lexus dealer, but it isnt certified price is 34,990 with 43,715 miles on it. Do yall think this is an ok deal??

My main issue is the fact that it isnt certified, i know land cruisers last, but you never know who drove it. Should i be worried about buying something like this that isnt certified from toyota? Im going to try to get them to throw in a warrenty, but if they dont, would it be smart to get one?

they are reliable but they are expensive to fix.
The certification itself doesn't mean too much but the Toy warranty may be nice to have.
You can always get an aftermarket warranty. Not that they are necessarily worth it, though.
If you do get one, maybe make sure it covers the NavSys as this would be *very* expensive to fix (then again I don't recall one failing...)
