i have anon-us ff with calbe locker and i was wondering if any one knows where to get a new cable i broke mine.

OEM Toyota locker cables are horrendously expensive
I would try http://www.controlcables.com/ You can send them the original cable and have it copied. Good time to customize the cable length if it is not ideal too.
