Non-Toyota service

My daily driver is a 2011 Chevy Suburban. It has 53,000 miles on it, no longer covered by the factory warranty, and in need of some service.
It is time to do the brakes, need to have the transmission checked, the cruise control has stopped working, and I have shaky mirrors.
I am looking for some suggestions on where to take the Suburban for repair. We live near Scottsdale & Shea and I work in the Camelback corridor. I am not opposed to driving a ways for a good shop, but be reasonable.

I go to Transparent Auto Solution in Tempe. Pat is the owner of this small repair shop. He is honest and reasonably priced. Plus side is he is a Cruiser Head also. Ive been using him for years. My two cents.

More than likely your cruise control issue is the brake switch. 23ish$ and 5 minutes.
