Noise from truck.. Lost

Ok guys need a little help here. The past few days I have noticed a humming noise coming from by 92 toyota pickup with the 22RE motor. I get the noise in 3rd 4th & 5th gear I only have the noise when I am giving it gas once I let off the gas the noise stops. I check and replaced all the fluid in the rear, t-case, and transmission and the noise is still there. I believe it is coming from the transmission but it still runs though all the gears and is not slipping or anything. Have any of you had to deal with this. I am at a loss I can pin down exactly where it is coming from or what is causing it so any help would be great. Thanks.

I would recommend that you check and lube your u-joints, and inspect the tranny mount.

Does it seem like the sound comes on because of your speed, or because of the gear you're in? Can you recreate the sound at high speed in 2nd or low speed in 3rd?

The sound is only in 3rd and up. Nothing in 1st or 2nd. Was going to pull the rear drive shaft and take it for a ride in 4 wheel drive and see if I still get the sound. That is my last option.
