R port has vacuum, but P does not, which means the EGR vacuum modulator is not activating. I've reamed the tube out with a small wire and blown it out with compressed air, and replaced the hose, but still no vacuum. Where is the other end of this tube located? Near the carb, right? Which of those 4 is it? The vacuum diagram is tricky to trace...
