As of Jan 2023 I am no longer associated with Tough Dog in any capacity (sales, service or warranty).
They have sold to another entity. Increased pricing, Increased their "warranty" lengths without increasing the product quality, increased lead times of products shipped and with the increased shipping costs to the USA from all shipping sources we have cut ties.
I apologize, but cannot support, warranty, nor provide any help for their products any longer.
They are the manufacturer of the product and you will need to pursue any valid warranty claims with them. See attached warranty pics for their "valid" periods and exclusions.
