Bug: No Initial Email notifications + favicon question

Hey Woody-

I've noticed that yesterday and today, I am not getting email notifications when a PM is sent. I did get a couple yesterday and today but these were for existing conversations. So it appears to be limited to the initial PM sent that isn't sending an email. It is showing up in the Inbox notification center which is how I saw them.

Also, did you change the favicon? It now shows 2 vertical red lines with a white space in the middle.
