How come I can not find the upload Avatar link in control panel?

this might be happening if you are a new user once you start posting after few posts you might be able to upload your avatar, for more information please refer the forum FAQ's

I had a look in the FAQS first, Nothing about not being able to upload an avatar.
It's no big deal I just find it strange.
