As for the a/c issue, the clutch will not engage if the system is low on pressure.

According to his description of the problem, the clutch *is* engaging, but then the belt is slipping rather than spinning the compressor. Yes/no? Let's get on the same page on this.

Yes, when i hit the a/c button on the dash the assembly moves out into position but the pulley does`nt rotate so therefore the belt rotates round a stationary pulley.
