Newbie from Mongolia- O/D light blinking

Thank Curtis, but it seems like I am done with the sensor problem, I just disconnected all wires, cleaned and tightened them, and the 61 code never came back again. However, the 86 code still blinking, which as far as I understand, means that there is either a wiring problem, or I should replace my ECM.

Ok, here's a real stupid one, but the guys at the toyota delaership couldn't help me-

Where would I find my TCM and ECM?
