new winch cable and roller fairlead

I bought a Warn 9.5ti winch and it came with 125' of 5/16" wire rope and a roller fairlead.

New cable from 4wheel parts is $170.99
New fairlead from 4wheel parts is $115.99

I'd like $60 for the wire rope.

I'd like $40 for the fairlead.

I'd like $20 for the hook.

Or the whole thing or $100

I live in Garden Valley (near Rubicon) and work in Albany (near SF/Berkeley.) In California

I would prefer not to ship, but could bring it down and meet me at the firehouse, or meet me along the way.
