Gday all!!
Firstly I apologise for the large pictures. the "bigimg" code doesnt work on this forum. Any assistance from moderators would be appreciated.
Im new to this forum and thought I might introduce my rig. I purchased it off eBay about 4 months ago for $4600 AUD. It was advertised on eBay as being sold with a RWC (roadworthy certificate) however it cost the seller $4000 to get the car to RWC bonus for me
. The car had new suspension, new brakes including master cylenders as well as a new clutch cylender. New carby and new tyres so I believe I got myself a bargain. Visually inspecting the car I only observed some minor surface rust on the roof but this should be easily fixed.
These are some of the pictures used to advertise the cruiser on eBay:
The cruiser was used as a farm work vehicle for a very long time in a dry area so the paintwork was a little flat. A few hours of attacking the paintwork with some cut&polish and it came up pretty good. This is a pic taken with my phone trying to show some of the shine.
I have recently installed a whole heap of spotlights to improve night viewing and for blinding our local wildlife!! This is the end result:
Finally this is after having some fun in the mud.
I have a hole in the exhaust so this may be the perfect opportunity to stick some stacks on it!!! Apart from that I have no other most I need to do in the near future. I just have to tidy the interior. I hope you like it
