Out with the old and in with the new. Wasn't to bad getting them changed out just a little shifting and strapping. Now I need to start on the rest of the replacement lift and rear control arms. Fun times!

Original Superpro. These are discontinued and have been replaced by a newer version. I got them on clearance and I believe the last pair in the US. They were like $630 shipped so I couldn't pass them up.
Looks like they are hollow stamped steel?

Definitely two pieces of steel fully welded together with something inside for extra reenforcement. They are not light weight though. Very old design and had been around for years and pass engineering in Australia.
