New off brand radiator, odd transmission cooler hose fitting

Ok so I’ll start this post saying don’t buy a random radiator from Walmart…. But here we are. It’s actually welded together impressively for the price.

The problem I have is the barb for the trans cooler. Best I can tell is that it’s a m14 1.25 thread male end, but I’ve tied everywhere to find a female to hose barb fitting. Even waiting a few months from AliExpress, which didn’t fit either.

I rigged up a hose size conversion and slipped over the hose with a clamp, but after a few months it’s started to seep transmission coolant.

I really hate to throw out the whole radiator just for a hose fitting. Has anyone seen odd sized trans or radiator ends?

I had the same issue a while back on an aluminum radiator I bought for a previous truck. I went to a local radiator shop and they let me dig through their bin of random fittings until I found what I needed. You might have luck trying a similar approach.
 
I'm gonna be "that guy" and suggest you buy a new OEM radiator (and hoses and clamps) as soon as you have the funds. And if you don't have the funds, owning a 100 series at this point probably isn't the right vehicle for you in the first place.

Browse around here frequently enough and you'll see threads popping up of people's Heater T's disintegrating, old / aftermarket radiator's leaking, radiator cap or hoses blowing off, etc. And unfortunately, some of these people end up blowing their engine because of a bad overheat. Don't F with the cooling system!

Just ordered one from Toyota. $370 isn’t worth the risk and hassle of leaky connectors.
 
That Walmart one reeked of Chinesium.
 
I use Denso on all my vehicles and replace every 10 years whether it is good or bad and so far no issues.
