The Cibola National Forest and National Grasslands have prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed Kiowa, Rita Blanca, Black Kettle, and McClellan Creek National Grasslands Land and Resource Management Plan (plan). This proposed action provides management direction for the Grasslands for the next 15 years.
