Hi all,

Just bought a LC 100 (Cygnus) 2006 4.7 petrol. Have done some small repairs like tie rod ends, new tyres, some leather work panels replaced and am very happy with my purchase. I have 310K KM on the clock.

The only issue still to resolve is the side mirrors...... are the motors in the side mirrors serviceable?

you cannot buy the mirror motors from Toyota, but you may be able to find small parts like that on ebay. Your best bet is to probably find used ones in a junkyard. Good luck

I am positive the side mirror motor you have in your Cygnus is the same from other Toyota/Lexus models of that era and maycbe even newer models. You can remove the side mirror assembly, open it and take a photo of the model number on the motor itself and look it up in the internet.
