that hypothetical 30-deg rotation was only for the axis of the arms. You'd still get whatever the stock rubber bushings give. still more than what could be obtained by the spherical rod ends.

you can't deny $500 for these arms is a lot of bank given the only certain improvement would be that they are thicker and withstand pounding better. and that can be accomplished by $10 of angle iron.

your comments on ease of flex are no doubt true but the actual benefits compared to the oem bushes on a real life truck with weight on it? sounds like speculation as well
