Hello all. It’s been about 2 weeks now since I bought my gx and loving it so far. I got for $7500 with 224,000 miles. In good condition. It’s been a California vehicle since new.It came with new 265-70-17 falken AT3. Does need some repairs that I’ll get to with time or when in need of. The repairs it needs are the rear main leaks and the oil pan leaks. It needed CVs since all boots were ripped. And I have replaced those so far and added a 3” spacer lift while I wait for my suspension to come in.i removed the side steps also I got a great deal on I icon. I ordered:
Front tubular UCA
Extended travel coil overs
Rear”
Upper adjustable arms
Lower adjustable arms
Trac bar
2” coil springs.
i ended up getting fox 2.0 smooth bodies because that was all that was available. I also installed the ARB SKIDS PLATES. My plan for the build is the have something reliable and fun. I’ll be using primarily for the desert and camping trips. And I’ll be setting up an air bag setup since I’ll be getting a camping trailer in the near future. This is my progress so far:
