New Guy needing a favor

I am new around here. I've been lurking for a few years trying to soak up all the knowledge. I am looking at a 40 that is located in Ladue MO and I am in central Arkansas. I was wondering if any of y'all are close to that area and could take a look at it for me? Appreciate any help.

I know where Ladue is. If you want I can go over and take a few pics of it and email them to you if you want. Its about 30 miles from me so cover the gas and I have no problem doing it. If you want I can call you and do a walk around and answer any questions you may have while I am there. Email me since I dont get on here but once a week. wggreufe@yahoo.com
