New FJ owner

Hello all.

I just recently purchased an 88 FJ62 - my first cruiser. I immediately sought out the good forums, and joined TLCA. I am wondering, how do I/may become a part of the Tornado Alley group, as I am located in Kansas?

Cool! Wecome to the site, nice to have another Wichitan on board. We'll have to have a get together/BS session. Seems like there's project work going on every weekend, so give us a shout if you need help or wanna stop by.

Did you find the 62 locally? What color, and of course, where are the pics?

Actually, found the cruiser in Colorado via the internet ( what a long story that turns into) - standard grey, and stock to the bone except for some bigger tires. It is currently at Chance Transmissions getting all the seals in the rear diff replaced. I get 'er back today. I would definately be up for some project work. I have some plans for my truck!
