You'd probably need a Prop 65 cert before you could ship them to California.... If the wood is green and still off-gassing you may also need to consider CARB.

Last Time I was northern Cali. We camped near Fortuna (sp) in a state camp ground . The box of wood said it was epa approved. WTF does that mean ??
