i got mine through a vendor for the military in riverside. that 8-10% sales tax makes all prices unattractive

Good on you for installing it yourself. That take cajones i never felt i had. Just an error of room of the thickness of piece paper can make or break you. No thanks! I always left that up to the pros.

well, my friend did most of the work. i stood by watching, helping and learning. seemed simple enough. just need the right tools.
 
Props to you. I could never get that deep into R+R. Wish I could.
