The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Winnemucca District released the Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement (PRMP/FEIS) for public review and comment last week. The publication of the Notice of Availability opens a 30-day public protest period that will close on October 7, 2013.
