What is the part number on the little block of metal that bolts to the alternator and then has the tensioner bolt pass through it? I've been looking everywhere and can't find just this piece. TIA.

Don't have the number at the moment but it's an easy enough piece to source through the dealer. Just ordered one this morning. If it comes in tomorrow I'll post the part number. Cost is about $5.
That is not a valid Toyota part number. It is only a PNC number.
All valid Toyota part numbers are either 10 or 12 digits.
The part number for the tensioner block is 16385-17010.
If the OP gives that number to the guy at the parts counter the number you offered comes back, that is what I done in the UK and got the block, I just checked out the reciept and your number is spot on. I was being lazy but the result should have been the same.
