Hows the temprerature of the right hub vs. the left after driving awhile? Have you jacked it up and checked the bearing play?

The only way to overcome washboard is to Air down, and drive fast.

I already do that! The problem is all the body roll and four wheel drift that happens during the turn lol

The drift is because it is AWD. All AW drift through corners, espesially when the tires are bouncing all over on washboards. Crank on the wheel and hit the skinny pedal and ride it out.
