i have a 1990 lj78, last night the headlights worked fine, tonight my hi beams will not dim, so when i dim, i have hi and low on. any ideas what causes this problem. is there a soleniod somewhere that could be shot, or frozen, its -21*c . i guess they shouldn't freeze as they should be moisture proof. any help would be appreciated. i don't mind the brights, but others seemed bothered by it, i got a lot of flashing on the way home.
