Need some help with packaging a small ATV

Got a call from my cousin in Hawaii today and he bought a ATV from a place in Inglewood. He has a shipping company set up to pick it up, however it need to be pushed on a pallet and wrapped with plastic and strapped to the pallet with ratchet straps ect. The shop won't do it and the shipping company wont do it.

Its a small 50cc polaris that 48" long 32" wide and 24"tall. 180lbs? Its for his grandson. If anyone could help me out i will pay for the material and time and return the favor if you need anything in the bay area. I can paypal the money ect.

I'm about 20 min from Inglewood, what is the time frame? Is it new? Can it be done at the shop? Is a pallet already available?
