Code 13 Rpm signal to ecu missing above 1000 rpm.
Code 43 No starter signal to the ecu
Code 52 Knock sensor fault
The way i would look at your problem would be
First Problem : Code 43 No starter signal to the ecu. (on start up the computer can not read the signal and assumes it's not the computer but the other end of the signal The computer then stores a code and runs in what they call a Closed Loop Making the engine run faster with more fuel and air and RPM to get your Truck to be serviced instead of stalling in the middle of nowhere
Just a my Idea Have a look at the Knock sensor wire Many Toyota Knock sensors are under the manifold and a pain to get at and theres 3 diffrent types of Knock sensors However I'm thinking you have a Resonance Piezo electric knock sensor which is tuned to Engine ping and tunes out any other noises Ether your Sensor is bad or the 1 wire that carries the info to the ECM I would replace both Sensor and wire for the reason it's alot of labor cost to do the same job twice down the road
Well thank you i am missing my inner fender wells and looking in from the tire and wire wasn't even plugged in to the knock sensor. hooked it up and check engine isn't turning on. Gunna try and smog it tomorrow

Awsome sometimes its the little things
don't forget to disconnect the battery for 5 mins and reconnect it to clear your engine codes otherwise it might go back to the loop and throw up a old code ..happened on my camaro once Good luck on the smog
