look around i know that several have gotten the Wet Okole seat covers. From the little I remeber they dont hold up really really well (years and years of use), but do look nice. I just expect somethign to last if you pay that much for it.

Get a Canback for the instead of the supertop thing. There are a few other options as well but I cant rememebr them off the top of my head. I think with all mods, just remember that the big named company that everyonbe has isnt always the best option.

I have had the wet okole in two vehicles and all they require is occasional cleaning. Mine have held up to two messy kids really well. My seats underneath are perfect. I wouldnt get anything else for my rigs. By cleaning them, all I do is take a damp rag and wipe them down real good. They sell a UV inhibitor which i put on once a year. There may be cheaper options but I am very happy with mine. color choice is key though- my first set had a grey center and it showed dirt, I went with all black now and they always look good. HTH.

I'll have to disagree with smky on this one. I have a set of Wet Okoles, but I took them out after about a month. They slide around, and will turn your crotch into a swamp on hot days. I now have the tuff duck covers from $OR. I got the camo versions, so they still get warm in the sun, but they are not as thick and muggy down south as the Wet Okoles, IMHO. They don't slide around either. If you are still interested, you can purchase my Okoles. They are grey and black, and fit an 80.

Wob, thanks for the feedback, and I've been doin some diggin. It appears the Okoles is probably not the way to go; the tuff duck actually have caught my attention (assuming the tacoma seats can be covered)

I appreciate your offer to purchase your Okoles, but I think I'm gonna pass.

Check the Cabelas catalog!
They have a very good set of covers that lace up the sides, have velcro to help tighten up the fit and also they have pockets on the back. Very well made, tuff duck type material, come in 4 different colors/patterns and less than 60 bucks for a set. Both my 40's as well as my pick-up are sporting a set.:beer:
