Need options on a winch mount or bumper for warn xd9000i (1 Viewer)

Need some options on a winch bracket or push bar or bumper on a 2006 Tacoma 2 dr 2.7l. I'm try to stay under 700 dollars if I can. I'm putting warn xd9000i with the control box up high.

There is a grill guard winch tray sold by Westin for around $300 on Summit Racing. It is much cheaper than the Warn grill guard winch mount (~$800) but I would trust the Warn unit more

I have considered installing one of these on my 2007. But you loose the crush bar in the front bumper, so don't know how that would affect air bag operation, etc.

Finally, keep your eyes peeled on Craigslist, sometime more expensive mounts (like the ARB bull bar) pop up for a reasonable price.

Yeah I saw that one from Westin. I think I'm going to go with that one for my toyota. I want to set the toyota up for cruising around the northwest, but I have to mindful of the weight due to the 2.7l

Is that quarter inch steel? That's a pretty good design. Props on the gussets.

Yeah some 1/4" and 1/8" plate, used a smittybilt to mock it up.

That's good craftsmanship. Did you build the winch plate from the ground up or did you buy a plate and add to it.

Thanks, oddly enough that's a universal winch plate off a jeep jk. That I modded to fit my Tacoma. Have had some good pulls on it, seems to be holding up.
