I have a memory foam mattress and bed frame in Rockville, MD that I am looking to get to Salt Lake City. If necessary, the mattress can be vacuum packed and rolled up like a rug. The bed frame is simply the 4 rails which can be disassembled. No headboard or anything bulky. It's probably 12"x12"x72" when disassembled and packed up.
