Need hose for 82 22r (1 Viewer)

Howdy anybody know where I can get one of these?? Breather hose goes between the valve cover and air filter and no Toyota does not have any neither does Autozone... Or ideas for a replacement

Custom bend some metal tube and use some regular vacuum line on both ends to connect to the air cleaner and Valve cover.

problem it not same size on both ends

Make a bigger flare on one end of the metal tube, or use a smaller peice tube on the air cleaner side to make them the same size.
