Need help with trail ride idea

Somehow I got put in charge of organizing a blindfold contest for the annual Turkey Trot Trail Ride for the Florida Land Cruiser Association. I have never seen or been involved in a blindfold contest, all I know is the driver is blindfolded and the co-driver gives directions.

It would be great if I could get some suggestions on interesting challenges and perhaps any other tips for organizing this. At this point I have no idea what I am going to do.

I have done one before at the Tillamook event. Basically they set out some cones, and you had to navigate the "course" w/out knocking over a cone. No reason why it couldn't be obsticals though...just let your imagination run wild. Suggest you try driving it first to make sure it works ok.
